Project Summary: Sourcing Talent Select a mid to senior level position within your organization. Identify a minimum of three sourcing options for that position and list them in order of importance noting why you chose this as a sourcing option for your organization. Do some data mining for the position you chose a candidate that you feel might be a good fit for the position. Provide the relevant information about the individual (name, current employer, etc.) and why you feel they may a good fit for the position you identified. Be prepared to share your findings with the class.
