Project Summary: i need help in the value engineering for my project, it is 3 story commercial steel building in Woburn MA. below there are some guide line on what it need to be done, i suppose to choose between steel or concrete, i am chosing steel but need to the a value engineering to show the cost of each one and choose steel instead of concrete. it is about 2-3 pages long.
