They then go on to share that Over and over again, people in our studies tell us how important mistakes and failure have been to their success. (p. 200) In this Discussion topic, share with us an experience, either personal or professional, that you considered a complete failure at the time. Looking back, what were the contributing factors to the failure? What important lessons did you learn based on this experience? How have you applied the lessons learned from this situation?
