Feedback Comment: They never sent me a complete file. My main request was an excel file. I received an excel file that wouldn’t open despite submitting full payment on time. This problem was never solved despite numerous back to back communication with the person who did the assignment. At the last minute I had to seek other alternatives and I couldn’t use any of their work which I paid for. So sad.
