Project Summary: As the lead public health professionals to oversee the Pain Management Program at Mountainview Health Care Facility, groups are tasked with the responsibility of developing and implementing an initiative to accommodate the increasing number of cases similar to Nursing Facilities Case Study: Mary and the Nursing Facility at the facility (p.110-111 of course text). At minimum, groups should thoroughly outline the project implementation principles – strategic planning, assessment, and evaluation – and applied management techniques and/or theories. This assignment should be accompanied by a title page indicating the following: 1) course number and title; 2) name of project; and 3) which section was completed by which group member. Failure to submit a title page with the requested information will result in a 5-point deduction. Groups will be assigned by the instructor and ALL group members are expected to contribute to the assignment.
