Project Summary: For this assignment, write a paper in which you analyze a current training initiative and provide recommendations on how to adjust for a region that your organization currently requires a training initiative. At a minimum, you should include the following in your paper: Describe the current training initiative used in the U.S. Describe the culture of the country that you are going to adapt the training.
