Project Summary: For your final assignment, you will develop a PowerPoint presentation to provide a research based rationale for all of your recommendations and planning considerations. Assume that you are the Director of Global Training at a large Multi-national organization and need to provide training in Europe, South America, Africa, Australia, and Asia. Choose a country of choice from the continents. Design a training presentation plan on a topic of your choice taking into consideration the cultural considerations, and delineating the adjustments needed. Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists. Length: 15-18 slides (with a separate reference slide). Include 3-5 sources.
