Project Summary: This is a history essay. Your essay should be three to four pages double spaced (1000-1300 words) and word processed and submitted using the word processing function in Canvas, or uploaded to Canvas as a .PDF file, before the announced deadline. Each essay should develop a clear thesis and offer evidence from all relevant assigned readings and the lecture PowerPoints. Outside research is not needed for this assignment, so DO NOT include outside sources in the essay. A works cited page is also NOT required for this assignment. You must also incorporate one direct quotation from a relevant assigned reading into each paragraph of your essay, not including the conclusion.
