Project Summary: TOPIC:Manager’s Guide to Effective Communication Managers are called upon to lead employees on a range of organizational behaviour (OB) issues. The purpose of this assignment is to deepen your understanding of human behaviour in the workplace and help you to demonstrate your knowledge of the topics covered in this course.
