Project Summary: Develop a thorough testing week schedule that includes the categories of Maximal Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Change of Direction, Anaerobic Endurance, Aerobic Endurance, Flexibility/Mobility, and Body Composition/Anthropometrics that are most important to the sport Women's Ice Hockey. Each of these categories will have a 1 to 3 tests with a maximum of 10 tests that will clearly state how the test will be conducted and why (need specific details and supporting references). The schedule and supporting position statement will have (5 minimum) peer-reviewed citations plus 2 books to support your testing selection and reasoning. Include what equipment will be needed, testing space (e.g. 100 m track), analysis of tests, number of persons to be tested, and support staff to conduct the tests.
