Review this week's course media, `Equality and Equity: Applications,` and focus on issues related to equal access and equal opportunity employment. Consider how responsible and ethical behaviors can help to ensure fairness and equality. Reflect on your role as an administrator or on the role to which you aspire. Think about an inequity in your organization. Consider how this inequity impacts the employees, volunteers, and/or clients of the organization. Consider how you might remedy the inequity using the ethical decision-making model presented in the course text (Chapters Two and Nine). Think about the factors that would constrain or facilitate implementation of this remedy.
