Describe in one paragraph a conflict you've experienced in which your conflict-handling style helped you. In a separate paragraph describe a conflict in which your style didn't serve you well. Explain why. Lastly, in a paragraph, explain which of the other styles mentioned in the textbook might have been more effective in the second conflict you described.
