PART ONE Review Chapter 37: Corporate Governance and Sarbanes-Oxley Act in Business Law by Cheeseman. Read Northwest Iowa Ethanol, LLC. v. Drizin on pages 628 and 629 in Business Law. Respond to the following prompt. Did Drizin act ethically in this case? Provide your rationale. Did the owners of Northwest Iowa Ethanol have any responsibility for the losses they suffered in this case? Explain. What Biblical passages apply to this case. Examine the case from a Christian perspective. PART TWO Read Are You Guilty of Insider Trading? (Links to an external site.) Conduct further research of the case and use the IRAC method to conduct a case analysis. State the Issue What is the legal question that, when answered, determines the legal result of the case? What are the parties disputing and what do they want the court to decide? The issue should be stated in the form of a question in a specific, rather than a general form. If there is more than one issue to address, then you must write a separate IRAC analysis for each issue. Identify the Rule What law or test applies to the issue? The rule should be stated as a general principle and not a conclusion to the particular case. Conduct an Analysis Apply the rule to the facts of the case. What are the relevant facts given the rule of the law? Use the facts to explain how the rule leads to the conclusion. How does the court interpret the rule? Discuss both sides to the case State the Conclusion The conclusion should be stated in one or two sentences. The rationale should not be longer than a paragraph. Do you agree with the courts’ rulings thus far? Explain your answer. Answer the following questions. If you were the judge in this case, how would you rule? Provide the rationale for your answer. What makes this case significant? What are the ramifications of this case from a Christian perspective?

I received a 17/60 and I dont think I should pay for that quality of assignment. this is my professor's feedback. "Your grade was based solely on your submission. I tried to be as generous as I could with grading your submission, but the low score was due to several things: (1) You did not even attempt to state the issue in the case. (2) You did not even attempt to state the rule for the case. (3) Your analysis was largely irrelevant to the case at hand and did not discuss the legal issues and holdings from the case. (4) Your conclusion, "The judge in the New York reigned that J.C Penny illegally obstructed with an exclusive retailing contract stuck between Martha Stewart and Macy’s Living Omnimedia", uses the wrong name for the parties and misstates the court's ruling. I hope this helps clarify your grade."
