  • First: Analysis and Critique of an Organization's Performance Managment System and/or Development of New Performance Managment Tools This project involves applying class concepts to describe, analyze, critique, and provide recommendations for improving the Performance Managment system for a company of your choice. - Second: use text called Transforming Performance Management to Drive Performance by Rose A. Mueller-Hanson. in order to pull words and concepts from the book to supports my answers on performance management. - Finally her feedback: for the research paper, you needed to cite at LEAST 8 sources – you’ve got two here, so it isn’t meeting the criteria. I thought your paper was nicely written; however, it seemed to focus more on BROADER implications of COVID-19 on business operations, not the specific implications for pPERFORMANCE MANAGMENT activities…remember, the purpose is to really focus on specific issues as related to the TEXT.

  • my profeesor just emailed me saying to please make it EXPLICIT to performance management. Remember, the project is designed to focus on the class content – not business in general. I’ll give you until May 11, at midnight. Please understand, this does not guarantee you will pass the class. Your work still needs to meet the criteria for the assignments.
    User_8939 | May 07, 2020, 21:22 PM

    User_8939 | May 14, 2020, 21:36 PM
  • hi friend, I tried to figure out how that statement can fit in this situation but I came to realize that's a different thing that cannot fit here, the moment I fix that in this paper then there would be two different things in the same work which is not correct, just submit that paper everything was correctly covered please friend.
