Hey just remembered this website exist have a 3 page assignment due tonight in my human resource class.

nee the paper by 11:15 pm to turn in for 11:59 pm. Submit either word or pdf files. Assignment details are as follows- Select ONE of these sector- higher education, big chain of restaurant, commercial transportation or grocery store. Keeping in mind, current effects of COVID-19 on your chosen business, how will you redefine (change/modify/abolish) any three HR functions for your organization? You can choose any three HR functions explained in your textbook (examples- selection, training, compensation, performance management etc.). Your assignment must show understanding of your chosen business area (example- supply chain, inventory issues for a grocery store) and its HR requirements. You must create at least three parts of your assignment- one for each HR functions. Your assignment should be 3-5 pages in length, preferably 12 size times new roman font and double spacing. This excludes any cover page and references. Your assignment would be graded on these parameters- Knowledge displayed about specific HR requirements about chosen business ---6 points. Understanding of three HR functions and their explanation in current times---3*3= 9 points Overall presentation of the assignment including spell check and clarity---5 points
