    User_28926 | May 19, 2020, 18:59 PM
  • Can you please rewrite the last part. For the example, i want to summary it, make it shorter and analyze that examples.
    User_28926 | May 19, 2020, 20:13 PM
  • okay. On it
    queen | May 19, 2020, 20:18 PM
  • Hello, kindly check. I have made the changes.
    queen | May 19, 2020, 21:17 PM
  • Can you please make your own example because i see that example in another website. The example i need is simple, just like one sentence. Then explain what it means in that sentence. And also explain what is the 2nd paragraph is about?
    User_28926 | May 19, 2020, 21:21 PM
  • The second paragraph is a comparison as was required in the instruction. Please let me know how you want me to explain? You want more words added or what?
    queen | May 19, 2020, 21:25 PM
  • In addition, the second paragraph is about the history of the phrase which was still required in the instructions.
    queen | May 19, 2020, 21:26 PM
  • The 3rd paragraph is about its evolution over time
    queen | May 19, 2020, 21:27 PM
  • One example would be, in praise of a movie, someone might say, “That new Marvel Superhero movie was dooooooppppppeeee.” The slang term likely derives from its earlier associations with marijuana: dope formerly was a term used as shorthand for “drugs.” While people today, who speak about Marvel movie’s being dope, may not imply or even know about the association of “dope” with drugs, the term nonetheless holds on to its counter- or sub- culture roots. It would not be appropriate, in other words, to use the term in a professional environment; a lawyer would not, for example, turn to a client and suggest that the court proceedings were “dope.” Rather, one finds the term “dope” more often used among people of university age or younger, and typically in settings that are both informal and playful (rather than professional).
    User_28926 | May 19, 2020, 21:42 PM
  • One might use “dope,” for example, as a synonym for “sick” or “rad.” My personal favourite example of “dope” is by the rap group Outkast, who made the song “Two Dope Boys in A Cadillac.”
    User_28926 | May 19, 2020, 21:42 PM
  • Here is the example
    User_28926 | May 19, 2020, 21:42 PM
  • I need your own thoughts not just based on the website. Also i don’t really like the 2nd paragraph cuz para 1 is enough history about the term
    User_28926 | May 19, 2020, 21:46 PM
  • Okay, noted. Thank you for your clarification. Let me make the changes.
    queen | May 19, 2020, 21:54 PM
  • Hello please find attached file of the revised assignment.
    queen | May 19, 2020, 23:26 PM
  • can you please make another example of how the word salty being use? your example is being used from another website?
    User_28926 | May 20, 2020, 01:15 AM
  • also, I need a citation for the first sentence in paragraph 2 and send me the link of the preference/ thank you
    User_28926 | May 20, 2020, 01:17 AM
  • ?/?
    User_28926 | May 20, 2020, 01:29 AM
  • please let me know. I only have a few more hours
    User_28926 | May 20, 2020, 01:44 AM
  • Please send me the link of that website where my example is being used!
    queen | May 20, 2020, 02:03 AM
  • https://www.quora.com/What-did-the-term-Salty-mean-back-in-the-day
    User_28926 | May 20, 2020, 02:05 AM
  • I cannot see that example!
    queen | May 20, 2020, 02:07 AM
  • Because there is no plagiarism!
    queen | May 20, 2020, 02:08 AM
  • but yeah please use your own example I don't like the example being paraphrase from another website
    User_28926 | May 20, 2020, 02:09 AM
  • Since paragraph 2 and 3 have examples which one dont you like? Or it is both?
    queen | May 20, 2020, 02:13 AM
  • i don't like the 3 one
    User_28926 | May 20, 2020, 02:14 AM
  • Again why do you need first sentence in paragraph 2 cited? If you found the sentence somewhere please share the source so that I can use it to cite.
    queen | May 20, 2020, 02:14 AM
  • Barski, E. (2017). Ebonics: Language vs. Slang. I also need a link to this preference.
