Task 5: Substance of Change (2-3 pages) 24 points.
Discuss each of these factors under a separate heading.
Focus and Clarity: revisit your personal vision explaining why the need for change, what does it consist of, and how will it be implemented.
Scope and Complexity: describe the complexity level you perceive in the desired change and define its scope. In order to do that, detail the plan of the change you are proposing. In other words, expand on the “what does it consist of”.
Desirability: describe how you will make the change desirable: how does it address a need and what solution does it provide.
Feasibility: describe how you will ensure the feasibility of the change you proposing.
Reflection:
Reflect on the content learned regarding your problem and the task (150-300 words).
Reflect on the process you used to augment your learning and to problem solve (self-evaluate) (150-300 words).
Reflect on the change of your own assumptions about the problem, the system and the solution (150-300 words).
