Bruce Tuckman introduced the 4 stages of team development in 1965. Those stages still hold true today. Write 3-5 pages paper exploring each of the 4 stages. In your paper talk about: -Please explore each stage and discuss the following: The characteristics of each stage. What makes this stage successful. What are the challenges of this stage. How do you move people into and out of this stage? -Then in your discussion, please elaborate on the following: (You do not have to follow this order, just make sure you answer the questions) How does understanding the stages of teaming help you as a leader? How does this knowledge help you manage teams and workgroups? What happens when team members change? How do you think this impacts virtual groups? -Lastly, are there any things you think you could implement to improve the teaming process? Your paper should include at least 3 references, which should include peer reviewed references.THE RESEARCH PAPER SHOULD BE 3-5 pages (double-spaced, 12 Times Roman font, 1 inch margin on all edges. A minimum of three (3) references must be listed in the reference list of each paper. The writing assignments must follow APA Publication Manual guidelines and be free of typographical, spelling and grammatical errors. Use of critical and creative thinking skills are important. The assignment will consist of a title page, abstract, text (3-5 pages double spaced) and reference list. The 3-5 pages of text does not include the title page, abstract or reference list.
