Interview two leaders. The stipulation is that one must be a leader who openly and clearly articulates a Christian worldview; the other leader will be one who does not openly and clearly articulate a Christian worldview. Note that this does not mean that the second leader is not necessarily a Christian, but the main differentiation is in how the display and articulate their worldviews. After spending time with these leaders and watching them in action, write a summary and reflection of your observations. Your summary should include items such as these: Can you identify the type of ethical theory that seems to describe each leader? What evidence of the theory do you see in their actions, or in how they make decisions? How does each leader build and maintain relationships? Does each one enable others to act? How is this demonstrated? How do the leaders contrast? In what ways do you see, if any, that a Christian worldview makes a difference between them? What aspects of the ethics, relationship building and enabling of these two leaders might you want to develop yourself? Describe how you would go about developing those characteristics or competencies. Requirements: Your paper should be 3 pages. 12 point font APA formatting, including in-text citations, a title page and reference page(s). Minimum of three academic sources. Your course text can be used as one source. Book is free online.
