I need to write a 1-2 page reflection summary about the competency that we have on class. I don't care what kind of competencies you choose, do this as it is for you. If you need to see the learning modules there is 9 in total, I can upload it after the assignment has been assigned. Read below for the assignment question. Assignment: As noted in an earlier module, reflection is a powerful learning technique. Review the Connected SELF competency framework and reflect on your own skills in the various areas. As you consider each competency, look back at the learning materials, activities, assignments, and discussions you participated in throughout this course. What ideas, experiences, or activities caused you to think differently about a certain issue or situation. Write a one or two-page reflection highlighting the competency areas where you feel you have been challenged the most during the past 6 weeks. Provide examples demonstrating how you responded to those challenges. Consider which competencies you would like to target for future growth and how you might continue to develop your skills in these areas moving forward as you continue on your journey to becoming a business professional who builds nations.
