Instructions: Please place your first and last name, the due date, and the activity number in the upper right hand corner of every assignment (-5 if missing). Please type in black ink using Calibri Body with 12 point font (-10 if incorrect). Please use proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar (-1 point for every error). Please paraphrase each question and answer in your own words. No credit will be awarded for any copied answers. Please be sure to make your answer known by using bold, underlining it, highlighting it, or using red just to list a few (-1 each time the answer is not identifiable). You must reference your sources after each question or at the end of each answer in parenthesis. Ex. Textbook page numbers, power point slide numbers, you tube video title and up loader with year and total length of the video, complete website address, or the title and uploader with total number of terms from quizlet etc. at the end of each set of information in parenthesis. (-2 each time it is missing). Please see the projected learning for the due date and time. • Create 10 multiple choice questions with the answers about white blood cells. You must provide 4 answer choices (A-D) without using all of the above and none of the above. (30 points) • Create 5 true or false questions with the answers about hemostasis. Please place the answer at the end. Please be sure to correct your false answer by explaining why it is false. (10 points) • Create 5 fill in the blank questions with the answers about platelets. Please be sure to put a blank where the answer should be with the answer at the end. (10 points) • Create 5 discussion questions with the answers over the blood groups and blood types. (20 points) • Compare and contrast stem cell transplants from bone marrow and stem cells transplants from cord blood. (10 points) • Create 10 matching questions with the answer choices on the other side over red blood cells. Please be sure to provide the answers. (20 points)
