Provide a recommendation/memo that can be used to help implement your policy solution. In all instances support your position with knowledge from what we have learned throughout the semester and support it with evidence........ 12-point Times New Roman Double spaced Title Page Bibliography At the bottom of your letter include your name and city. 1000 Words (Not to include Title Page, Footnotes, nor Bibliography) Three academic journal sources from JSTOR.
