Instruction
1. You will find an empirical article on any topic within psychology that interests you. You may use the paper copies of the journals in the library or the online database PsychArticles. An empirical article describes a research project. It has methods and results sections and describes the participants in the study. Also, you may not use an article that relates to either your group project or your individual research project.
2. Write a double-spaced summary of that article using the format that follows. Include a complete copy of the first page of the article summarized. The summary must be written in your own words. I will be looking for a summary that allows me to understand what was done in this research from just reading the summary. (Note: You cannot turn in the same assignment, in whole or in part, to multiple professors. This is defined as self-plagiarism.)

The title of the article should appear at the top of the page in APA reference format:

What do they say that their results mean?
Paragraph 5: Problems/Future Research
Did you identify any problems with the research? Explain those problems and how they might be corrected.
What would be the next step in this experiment? In other words, what would be a future experiment for this study? Explain.
