Instruction
Submit a 6-10-page, double-spaced paper (not including Title Page or References) that reports on the research linking your RReWi to resilience, and reflect on your resilience-building practice.
The first part of your paper should present the research showing that your RReWi helps promote resilience. Here, you will discuss the trustworthiness of the “news” source and the actual research study described in your internet source. Do your best to summarize the research and try not to get too bogged down by technical or statistical details. Be sure to write about a paragraph or two describing the study—tell us what the goal of the study was, the basic design of the study procedures, a summary of the results, and what the results mean in terms of better understanding something that makes people more resilient. (Note: use past tense to describe research that has been completed.)
The second part of your paper is a chance to reflect on your practice of the RReWi of your choice. What did you actually do? For how long and how often? What did that feel like? What were challenges? What did you do to try to make the behavior “stick”?
Conclude the paper with some advice you might give to someone who is looking for a way to be more resilient. What would you tell them about the RReWi you chose and how they can successfully develop a new resilience-building habit?
You can make up an experience for the second part of the paper. I usually exercise for my well-being. There is a proposal that I did that I will attach to start off from. will need it by 5 pm central time tomorrow
