Which nonphysician practitioners provide primary care? What is their role in the delivery of health services? part 2_ discussion board For this discussion board, you are to consider how human resources in a health care organization would compare to human resources in another industry, such as a restaurant or Walmart. After reading your Chapter 4, you should have a better understanding of the many roles and requirements for employees in healthcare. How would this impact the role of human resources in a health care organization versus that of human resources in a retail setting, etc? 1. Respond thoughtfully and with academic merit. While I encourage your responses to have some opinion, they must also be realistic and supported by some fact or experience and any reference used must be cited at the end of your post (in APA format). Your response must also be detailed and thorough - a one or two sentence statement is not sufficient.
