Read the Afghan Peace Talks Primer (attached). Apply course ideas to the reading and do the following. Optional additional reading: Hurdles Remain for Peace Talks Select two actors or groups that could potentially be involved in the peace talks (Afghan government, Taliban, Pakistan government,India, USA, ect...). Provide at least one reason why each one of the two actors chosen could create a bargaining failure in peace talks. Use course ideas, draw evidence and real world examples from the additional readings, and justify your answers. Follow writing assignment directions.
