Instruction
First FULL page on a current political event ​which shows the Constitution in action, the Bill of Rights, or actions taken by Congress, the President or the federal courts. It should be at least one full page long. Please cite the source(s) for your report. Second FULL page - The President is a key player in our system of government regardless of the existence of the three separate but equal branches of our federal government. You are to research the President whose name appears after each reading assignment and write a one page report on that class date whether his policies (all men so far), personality or actions taken in a crisis ​changed the balance of power between the Executive Branch and Congress​. For example, Lyndon Johnson fought the Vietnam War without a declaration of war from Congress; the Constitution gives Congress only the power to declare war. (USE PRESIDENT GEORGE WASHINGTON)
