-My classmates and i have recently been struggling with the program that school/ proffesor chose for our Intro to computers course called: Pearson. -Another issue we have been having is that the platform for this course in general is a bit confusing for students, provided that this is an introductory for IT/Computers. -We recently had a major issue on taking an exam today which was not there and we had to wait around for 2 hours for the issue to be fixed. any other suggestion or program would be great but clearly everyobe in the class knows how to used Word and excell but the way the exercises are set up are really bad. - For exams the exam was timed for one hour and this lab exeecises take longer. Those points should be included to the Department Chair named Natalia Grigoriants.
