Instruction
Kouzes and Posner (2012) explains that how you spend your time is the single clearest indictor of whats important to you. Constituents use this metric to judge whether you measure up to espoused standards. Visibly spending time on whats important demonstrates that you are putting your money where your mouth is (Kouzes & Posner, 2012). Take a look at your calendar, datebook and schedule and respond to the following questions.
What does your calendar say about your priorities? Are the things in your life that are really important taking up the majority of your time? If so, what are they? If not, what changes are you going to make or willing to make?
This week you are working with teams which means your schedule needs to match up with your teammates. What measures are you going to take to make sure that you set the example for your teammates to follow?
Please respond to your classmates posts by giving feedback to the obstacles they may be currently encountering and share best practices for time management that have worked for you.
