The Theoretical Frameworks Assignment is worth 40 points. 1. Within Module 3, we identified some of the major theoretical frameworks within HDFS and discussed how growth, families, and societal factors all play a major role in our development. 2. Take a minute to reflect upon your childhood and think about your current life stage. Type a summary addressing the questions below. Summaries are to be between 400-600 words (about 1 to 2 pages of text). Summaries are to be typed using APA formatting (Times New Roman, 12 point font, double spacing, 1" margins). a. How has your own growth and personality had an impact on your development? b. How has your environment (ex: family, friends, neighborhood, and school) affected your development over the years? c. How has your cultural/ethnic background influenced your development? d. How have broader social topics (ex: gender norms, public policy, etc...) played a part in your own beliefs and behaviors? e. How do you think you have impacted your family and broader social environment over the years? 3. Do NOT type your answers in the comment box provided. All assignments must be submitted in the Dropbox as a Word document (.doc or .docx attachment) or as a PDF file. Rubric: • Summary addresses the information below: a.
