Module 4: Lecture 8 Summary and Peer Response Choose two texts from this lecture’s readings and summarize each in no more than 200 words each. What do the authors mean by “sexist bias” in museums? How is it manifest? Are museums reconciling with this problem? If so, how? What are they doing right or wrong? Be sure to mention examples of some success stories. After you have posted your two summaries, reply to at least two other students' posts, each time with a 50-60-word response that does more than simply (i) restate, and/or (ii) agree or disagree. Be sure to relevantly extend the discussion (e.g., supplement their ideas as relates to the course readings, or ask a question). You cannot reply to someone who has summarized the same texts that you have.
