Performance Review Attached you will find two important documents 1. First is a very detailed handout/template of how to set up your play review paragraph by paragraph followed by a form to fill out immediately after seeing the filmed stage production. In other words, you should fill out the form immediately after you view the performance so that while the details are fresh in your head, you can record them on a form that you can then use to flesh out a full-blown essay that will need details. Make sure to read the credits at the end of the filmed version and include as necessary in your performance review. You will need to record the credits to collect names of actors and the roles they played as you write your performance review. 2. Second is a student sample so you can see what a solid review looks like using the format I've provided. You are strongly encouraged to follow instructions very closely, to the letter, when writing your review. You will enhance your chances of earning a good score if you follow directions carefully and if you work on polishing up your review. Go to the writing lab or get an extra pair of eyes or two to carefully proofread your writing, which is to be a formal essay making use of rules of grammar, spelling, organization, development, mechanics, and content.
