Please answer the questions below from Strategic Management class (MBA level). No less than 3 big paragraphs. For question 2, please read notes of chapter 5 attached as advised from the professor. 1.SpaceX would like to have low cost strategy for its space launching and exploration businesses. The intended solution is to use more consumer electronic component and devices, which are more cost effective and widely available, in developing rockets and other products. In terms of staffing, what kinds of people do you think SpaceX should employ to fulfill its strategy? In terms of capability building, what kinds of capabilities do you think SpaceX should obtain? If the Company does not the capabilities you specified, in which way can it acquire? 2.Assume that you just founded a company called WeDeliverAll, Inc., a shopping and delivery service provided to those who are vulnerable to COVID-19 infection with a service charge. Which strategy would you like to adopt from the five generic strategies in Chapter 5? For its execution, how would you define the three tasks (i.e., first three tasks in Figure 10.1) covered in Chapter 10 specifically? Please offer some details and justify. 3.Can you share us an example of good strategy with bad execution from your own reading or from your current/former employer? What were the consequences?
