Instruction
How to write what to follow: For these assignments, you will respond to the course readings and viewing material in any manner you see fit, so long as you are able to demonstrate your comprehension and critical engagement with the material. This can include written texts (maximum 1 page), or a creative response (such as a vlog or an original mem) that is accompanied by a half-page of text. In both cases you will be asked to submit at least (1) question that corresponds to that week’s material that can be used in your tutorial group discussions. In weeks with both readings and visual material, you must still include references to one of the assigned readings. These reading responses can include critiques and inquiries of ideas found in the text, applications of the literature to on-going real-world events in media, or comparisons to other material we have worked through in the course. Is reading practical and/or useful? Do you agree with the theory and/or philosophy that the author is advancing? All responses must still follow formal citation guidelines. Please see attached PDF and give a reading response on that. NOTE: MUST FOLLOW ALL THE INSTRUCTION
