PART I - Writing a Blog (35 marks) Read the scenario below and write a blog according to the guidelines below. As a newly employed millennial, you have been hired by the Toronto Star to write blogs about social issues. As a blogger for the news corporation, you have been asked to write about dated social attitudes towards Canada's First Nations using Thomas King's "Dead Indian: Too Heavy to Lift" and Drew Hayden Taylor's "This Boat is My Boat." Your blog post needs to educate your readers that such attitudes are detrimental to Canada's Indigenous communities. Blog Guidelines Please ensure that your blog assignment includes the criteria: Between 550-650 words double spaced An introductory paragraph with an opening strategy development to the thesis A thesis statement or governing idea in last part of the introduction Written in the first or third person point of view.
