Presidential Leadership paper 5 pages. For this project, each student will research and evaluate what makes a President a good leader.

What YOU feel are the characteristics of a good President and good leader. Cite examples from what we have studied in the textbook as YOUR rationale as to what makes someone good at that position. The President may be the ultimate leader of public organizations nationwide so document what YOU feel makes an individual good at it. Identify how a person can use their strengths to develop into the role of President. Explore what part of a person’s background experience prior to becoming the President enhance their abilities in the role. Explore what areas a person might lack based on their experience or lack thereof, that might hinder them as President. Identify what scenarios they might not expect when becoming President and how they should address those. Few could have expected the magnitude of impacts the pandemic has made on the country. Provide references to the text or other documents you would like to use to support your position. Look at this as if you are trying to convince me what attributes make someone a good President and good leader. (An example might be if I would say a good President needs to have earned a PhD. Can I support that with something or is it just my opinion? An opinion is fine but if you are trying to support it as an argument, having facts or information including that from the textbook is good to support your position.) By the way, only one President had earned a PhD but I won’t make it a spoiler in case you’d like to research it yourself.
