Food for thought: Think about equity and inclusive practices that make every child feel loved, understood, and valued regardless of race, gender, background, ability, socio-economic status, or creed. Make sure your (story) narrative, a personal anecdote or an experiential piece, follows the same pattern as fiction. It should include the three main elements: exposition, or background information, followed by complication, the events of the narrative, and the resolution. The children's book should be presented in a PowerPoint format. Use your imagination to create one.
