B) Create a self-care plan for a social worker to address burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary trauma. Be sure to address how a social worker would build this into their lifestyle and schedule. Account for costs in terms of financial expense and time. Explain physical, mental, and social benefits of your plan for the worker. Explain how self-care benefits clients. (Definitions - three paragraphs. Self-care plan - 1 page for plan, one page for analysis of benefits.)
