These are two separate papers for 2 different topics but same format. One is for rheumatoid arthritis, and one is for osteomylitis. There are 8 different parts to this section. Each need to be completed for the two separate papers. I will upload the case studies to base the paper off of. APA format. Please follow exact format submitted. Instruction
1. Complete the PATHOPHYSIOLOGY section (about 1.5-2 pages). Write about the pathophysiology of rheumatoid arthritis and osteomylitis. 2. Next, is the SOAP format for the individual patient regarding rheumatoid arthritis, and osteomylitis. 3. Next, complete the PLAN section- this should be about 1 page or less and should include three differential diagnosis( Other conditions in which we would assume its that diagnoses, but we are ruling out). 4. Next, complete the diagnostic section- this should be about 1 page or less and should include the diagnostic tests that are used to diagnose rheumatoid arthritis, and osteomylitis. 5. Next, complete the medical management sections- this should be about 1 page or less and should include management of rheumatoid arthritis, and osteomylitis. 6. Next, complete the prognosis section- this should be about 0.5 page 7. Next, complete the follow up/referral section- this should be about 0.5 page. 8. Next complete the patient education section- this should be about 0.5 page. Please include all credible references and cite APA.
