I have a project of a Example Factsheet, IEP, and Exercise for a person who suffers from a stroke. I Have had 2 people fix this paper. Therefore i am going to break it down. This paper is broken down three section The first part is done but if you want you can add more information. In Individual Exercise Program (IEP)section(second section), I need strength and weakness added to this section. There is HEADING on the original paper under this section. You may add the information under this. Then there is a heading "Long-Term Instructional Objective" The format was done wrong. There are three "Long-Term Instructional Objective" and on each they have 2 Short term objective. The paper only has one so please add the the second one. Also, There thirds "Long-Term Instructional Objective" needs modification and safety Strategies .Please look at word document named "factsheet should include all" to help you format this and help you located addition information. Finally Exercise Plan is not how I want it, may you please follow the format of word document named "factsheet should include all". This section has 4 sections (stretching, warmup, workout, cool down) and on each they have (Implement objectives , Step-by-Step detailed instruction for Individuals w/Disabilities, Reinforcement Games/Activity “something fun” ,Equipment Needed, Safety) This wasn't and make sure the workout is broken down into 4-5 activity section. I will provide two examples, you may look at these to help you guide and organize this paper. Use time roman single 12 and single space
