This Module is apart of a larger group project should be a Cross Cultural Training Program. This particular section focuses on Effective Leadership and should identify general goals/objectives for the leadership development program that is aligned with General Motors’s mission, vision, Core Values etc. The module should contain detailed descriptions of the training techniques to be used, for example: seminar, case studies, role playing, simulation No more than 3-4 pages.
