The government of Saudi Arabia has imposed national policies that are meant to protect the confidentiality of personal health data (Nick, 2020). In case of a security breach, the healthcare organizations will be liable and legal actions will be taken over them by the patients and might not be in a position to pay for the amounts that they might be directed to pay by the court.
