Instruction

The Open Book Exam is on the 1st of March for 2 hours. Tutor needs to be live and online for the 2 hours from 6.30pm to 8.30pm to answer the questions (United Kingdom Time). Usually consisting of five questions of which have to answer THREE. All essay-style responses and marks will be awarded based on clarity, structure relevant examples, depth of topic knowledge and evidence of reading outside core texts. All slides will be given including videos & class lectures. Topics include: 1. Change Management 2.Globalization & Technology 3.High Performance Work Systems 4.Strategic HRM 5.Theoritcal Perspective of HRM 6.HR Adding Value to the Organisation 7.HR Architecture 8. Human Capital and the Balanced score card Sample exam questions will be added for practise

DOWNLOAD 2&3 are regarding the information for Change management. 4-8 (HIGH PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS & 9-10( DAVE ULRICH & HR ARCHITECTURE)

Also, to answer your question earlier on. No specific length required. Just make sure you have examples, clear and concise structure and to show to my lecture that there is proper understanding of the whole module
