  • Hi there! Please make sure to read all the files I have attached CAREFULLY. Include graphs, the right statistical tests, and all the aspects of a correct lab report for biology. NO PLAGIARISM!!! so please make sure to add your citations. I have included a file with the experiment details and results and the other two files consist of instructions and outlines of what a Lab report should look like. THANKYOU

  • I apologize for the delayed replay. I slept, let me finalize on it. I am so sorry
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 08, 2021, 23:15 PM
  • I am supposed to graph only the data assigned to you or the whole class data set?
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 09, 2021, 00:42 AM
  • Whatever the instructions say. I think the data from part B
    User_24722 | Mar 09, 2021, 01:19 AM
  • Let me follow through and do what I understand from the instruction. Part B i will do all the graphs for the 3 tables.
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 09, 2021, 01:34 AM
  • Yes for part B you have to do one graph I believe but have error bars that represent the 3 repetitions
    User_24722 | Mar 09, 2021, 02:30 AM
  • Hello are you finished yet? It has been over 6 hours
    User_24722 | Mar 09, 2021, 05:32 AM
  • We agreed i deliver by 8 Am EST. working on it, has a lot to be done.
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 09, 2021, 07:20 AM
  • almost there now concluding on part B and the discusion
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 09, 2021, 10:52 AM

    seniorwritersteve | Mar 09, 2021, 13:11 PM
  • The excel file named Bio 107 Lab 2 (final analysis) is the final file you upload with the final lab report am sending in a few minutes
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 09, 2021, 13:47 PM
  • Let me know if there is anything you need clarified about the excel file.
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 09, 2021, 13:48 PM
  • The last document is the final report. Confirm you have received, and let me know if you need anything.
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 09, 2021, 15:12 PM
  • Hi there, for the final report that you submitted, how come there are three graphs for the fresh pH of 5? Please review through it and make sure you include old pH5, fresh pH5, old pH7, new pH7 in one graph and show error bars based on the three replicates (the three tables given to you in my file).
    User_24722 | Mar 09, 2021, 16:46 PM
  • I have tried working on it that way but it is not working. That's why I opted to do it using the pH 7 but let me try once more
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 09, 2021, 16:54 PM
  • Will get back to you in a few
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 09, 2021, 16:55 PM
  • okay. In the instructions for the results section, it says to include results for both parts of the experiment and if you think pH 7 and pH 8 are not significantly different, support this with p value. For the p value i got 0.02491993
    User_24722 | Mar 09, 2021, 17:17 PM
  • I add the p value to the results section?
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 09, 2021, 17:21 PM
  • Please read the two files I attached at the beginning which include the guidelines and the instructions to how to write the lab report. It says in one of those files that you have to do the t tests for the students in part A but not for part B
    User_24722 | Mar 09, 2021, 17:35 PM
  • i have done that already, i have carried out t-test for the part A and graphs for part B no t-test for it.
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 09, 2021, 18:12 PM
  • Is the lab report finished ?
    User_24722 | Mar 09, 2021, 21:53 PM
  • Still confused to why there are 3 graphs for the fresh pH 5?
    User_24722 | Mar 09, 2021, 21:54 PM
  • My internet provider was maintaining their services. They just got back a few minutes ago. Let me finish up the error bars n the updates the report
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 10, 2021, 03:48 AM
  • check if the excel file is what you needed
    seniorwritersteve | Mar 10, 2021, 18:45 PM
