InstructionFinal paper: The final paper (10-12 pages) is a research project. Students will develop a research question related to the texts and issues that we have discussed in class, find appropriate, scholarly secondary sources (Wikipedia does not count!), and then incorporate that research into a critical essay. This paper should state a thesis and make an argument in support of that thesis, citing at least 5 sources (which can include the texts assigned in class). All papers should include a “Works Cited” page, in which all sources referred to in the essay are documented, according to MLA format.
