1. Describe the topic you will focus on in your research and why it is important to consider. 2. Describe the location you choose to study and why this will provide a good comparison or contrast with how this environmental problem is viewed or treated in the United States. 3. List seven most relevant scholarly studies you identified in your literature search that highlight the environmental issue you are interested in based on either of the two locations, and provide a one paragraph description of the most important findings from the study that relate to your topic. This is the annotated bibliography part of your paper. Please note that you need to write the short descriptions yourself relating them to your project, and not use the author or library provided abstracts for the studies. Make sure you find studies that relate to both the United States and the location of your choice. You need to use a certain website for your literature search as a source for your scholarly articles (not popular press or other media). 4. Write a short, one paragraph conclusion about what you learned from completing the annotated bibliography and how this prepares you to write your final paper analyzing the topic, and comparing/contrasting it in both locations. The paper should be at least 3 pages long. References in the annotated bibliography need be fully listed using a format you prefer (not just hyperlinks)
