Basically this is a Case study, a PowerPoint. The information is going to be in the attachment that im going to post.. You will create a min/10 - max15 slide presentation sharing to the class a complete profile of your patient, their complete medical case, and their care plan/path. Presenstation will be given in an SBAR Format (This is the tool you should use for giving patient report everyday!) Outline your slides in this order/structure S - Situation - What is the patients current situation (Maximum 2 slides) B - Background - What is the patients medical history and background information on why/how they ended up in the hospital (Maximum 4 slides) A - Assessment - What are tests, labs, images, therapy, medications, current plans, physical assessments, progress, your assessments etc... (Maximum 5 slides) R - Recomendations - What is your conculsion of the patients condition(s). What further do you recomend for the patients care plan, medications, testing, therapy, etc.. (Maximum 3 slides)
