Organizational culture can have a huge impact on the ethical practices of an organization. Why is this so? What characterizes an ethical organizational culture? Identify what you would expect to find in an organization with a strong values-based culture and characterize the key elements that would be evident within the organization. Then, identify what you wouldn’t expect to find in a strong values-based organization. Describe some of the ways you would evaluate the actual culture of the organization. Your initial post should be at least 300 words. Respond to at least two of your classmates’ postings by Day 7. Each of your responses to your classmates should be at least 100 words in length, and should expand on a point made by your classmate, pose a pertinent question about your classmate’s posting, and/or debate an opinion or fact presented by your classmate. Support your initial post with references to at least two different academic sources.
