You are keeping busy and next on the agenda is for you to help the attorney you are assisting on a case to begin crafting a defense for the client. Select a criminal law case from the Opinions of the Court page of the U.S. Supreme Court website. Determine the defense that was used for the crime. Search the internet for types of legal defenses in criminal law. Write a 700- to 1,050-word defense as if you were supporting the attorney representing the client.
