  • Apologies, could you please rephrase (Actor description) in simpler words because it's not clear. Besides, you wrote, "The BBC News of 2020, November 4th described Saudi women as being oppressed and subordinate to men." while it has nothing to do with the Kafala system, and if you are referring to the article we are relying on it was The Washington Post and The Guardian. not the BBC it is a bit confusing to be honest.

  • From the methodology part we used the articles on saudigazette and BBC article that addressed the kafala system. On the data analysis part we will still analyse those two articles based on the CDA. The article referenced as Van Dijk, 1995 outlines how we can analyse the primary sources and there is an evidence of actor description, consensus and authority in the two articles that addressed the issue of kafala system
